Refund Policy

Karou Pro isn’t refunded. Instead, your first Pro subscription starts with a 14-day free trial, so you try it before you pay. Cancel before it ends and nothing is charged.

14-day free trial

Your first Pro subscription starts with 14 days free. Cancel any time before the trial ends (Manage billing on your account page) and nothing is charged. If you don’t cancel, the first payment is taken when the trial ends. The trial is once per account.

No refunds after the trial

Because you can try Pro free first, payments aren’t refunded: not the first charge after the trial, not renewals, and not partial periods, except where the law requires it. Cancel any time from your account page (Manage billing): the plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and nothing is charged after that.

Billing errors

A double charge, or a renewal charged after you cancelled? That’s our mistake, not a refund request: email support@karou.si from your account address within 14 days of the charge, or use the Payment or billing subject in the contact form, and we’ll reverse it to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

Founder lifetime

The founder lifetime is no longer sold. If you bought it, you keep Pro, and a lifetime bought within the last 14 days can still be refunded in full: email us.

What happens to your carousels

Nothing is deleted. When a subscription ends, your account goes back to Free: the daily limit and the watermark apply to new renders, and everything you rendered before stays downloadable.
